Upload yellow pages data
The RASNET Dashboard is capable of displaying yellow pages data, and shows in the bookings, leads and interactions charts.
The process to having yellow pages data appear is a manual one involving the following steps:
- Manipulating the yellow pages export files into CSV files
- Uploading the updated CSV files into RASNET
Yellow pages CSV
You'll need to take the yellow pages Excel format, and turn it into a CSV file like the following:
The CSV should contain data for only one specific month. You'll define the month when uploading the data within RASNET.
Column A contains the member's code. Column B should contain the clicks a member has received. Column C should contain the digital contacts (Yellow Pages terminology) a member has received. Column D should contain the views a member has received.
Import yellow pages data
Once you have a CSV formatted as per the above, for a specific month, you're ready to import the data into RASNET.
- Log into RASNET.
- Select Yellow Pages Metrics from the navigation menu.
- Click the Upload metrics button and fill in the following details:
- Date: choose the year and month the data is for.
- File: choose a formatted CSV (as per above) from your computer.
- Click the Upload button.
On the next screen, you'll either have confirmation of a successful upload, or an error messaging indicating what went wrong.
